NO NEGOTIATIONS FOR DEL0RIMIER. James F. 0IIara Says that Ho Has No Intention of Purchasing Jlontrcal Track. Montreal. Qu?.. March 31.— James F. OTIarji of the firm of Bryan and OH.-.ra. the owners of the Dowie racing plant, and whs are Interested in K. nipton Far!:, denh d the story yesterday that the firm had purchased Delorimier Dark race track and would operate it this year. Il.gardiiig the King Edward deal, thetl has been no decision reached. The firm talked over the matter a year ago witii Alex. Des-martau, the owner of the plant at the hdsUSf, but since then they have not made any deal regarding the management of King Kdward Park track. Cad Bryan has not yet returned from Havana, Cuba, when he spent the winter, but is expected basse in Maryland the end of this week. Mr. OHara .-aid that numerous improvements would be made to the plant at Kempton Park and that the same system of mutueis now used at Ilowie would be in-slalhd. This is one of the best systems being operated and is a much easier one for the public to figure out the probable prices on the individual horses. In the Bewbs system there are three central totalizers, one for the straight, place and show, and tiie public is given a lino on the price every three minutes.
