OTTAWA WILL BE WELL REPRESENTED. Ottawa will be well represented at the races this summer. Three first-class racing strings are owned in the capital, and it is rumored that another sportsman from that city intends investing in a few thoroughbreds. John Liinisden, whose colors were prominent on tie- Canadian and American tracks last year, has six or eight topnotoliers in his stable, which is now at Powie and which will probably be raced in Canada. Capt. Press will race some of his hawses in Maryland, after which they will be taken north. He has five or six now and may also have u couple more before returning to Canada.
