LADY EILEEN began slowly, but worked her way up on the outside on the far turn and saved ground when entering the homestretch, then gained steadily and, passing BILL LIVLMJSTON in the last tiftv yards, won going away. LORD HERBERT ran well and outgamed the tiring BILL LIVINGSTON for second place. The latter showed the most early speed and set the pace to the last sixteenth.
