SEEK ATTORNEY FEES FROM MISS GORDON. New Orleans, La., June 27. — An order to show »»nuse why Miss Jean Gordon should not pay ,000 attorney fees to John P. Sullivan and J. J. Reilly, r- attorneys for the Business Mens Racing Association for their defense of her receivership proceedings, was filed in the civil district court today. Under the agreement in the suit, before it was appealed to the. states highest court, the loser was to pay all costs. Miss Gordon lost. Therefore the Hating Association lawyers now seek to make iter pay their fees. She attacked racing at the Fair Grounds and, not being successful in this, sought go have a receiver named.
