,v EXERCISE BOY HELD FOR MURDER W Louisville, Ky., September 15. J. F, Davis, CO W rears old, a race horse trainer, who was attacked by Harry Walton, an exorcise boy, at Churchill Downs last Saturday and beaten with a pitchfork, died from his injuries at a hospital here Wednesday. Davis, after being attacked, told County Patrolman Altes that Walton struck him when he ordered him to leave the barn. Davis suffered a fractured rib and internal injuries. Walton, who was arrested at the time and placed under bond, will now face a murder charge. I
