PAPP WORKS FAST AT LEXINGTON Lexington, Ky., September 15. G. W. Lofts Futurity winner Pa pp. made his first appearance on the Kentucky Association track this morning and showed that he was in prime condition for his engagement in the Breeders Futurity, when he worked five-eighths in 1:02 without being extended. Es-coba, the runner-up in the Futurity, was also sent five-eighths and finished the distance in 1:04 under restraint throughout. Blind Baggage, Manager Waite, Gallant Lad and King Gorin are showing good speed in their work and are in the pink of condition.
