EMIL HERZ OFF FOR MOUNT CLEMENS New York, December 4. Emil Hcrz, who recently returned from Kentucky, where he went to look over his stallion Short Grass and the mares he lias there, as well as his racing string at Louisville, lias gone to Mount Clemens, Mich. He has been suffering recently from rheumatism and hopes that a course of baths will fix him up, so that he will be able to return by Christmas to attend the wedding of his nephew, which is set for Christmas Day in this city.
