LEXINGTON IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETED Minor Details to Be Finished January 1 Executive Committee to Look After Managerial Affairs. Lexington, Ky., December 10. Being ill and away from home. Senator Johnson X. Camdeu has delegated to Catesby Woodford, vice-president, his power as president to appoint an executive committee from the board of directors to look after certain managerial and financial affairs of the Kentucky Association during 1918. The appointment probablv will be made tomorrow, and it is here expected that Messrs. It. L.. Baker,. A. B. Gallaher and J. C. Milam, who served thi year, . will be reappointed. ... The rehabilitation .of the mile track at the local plant has been completed, and it was stated at tho offices of the Combs Lumber Company; that, with a continuation of open weather.,- the extension of tho grandstand, remodeling of the pari-mutuel offices, the re-location of the saddling -paddock and the secretarys office and jockeys rooms, will be finished by January 1. , , ,t .-
