WILLIAMS BROS. CROP OF YEARLINGS Fine Looking Band of Oklahoma-3red Youngsters Now Quartered at Douglas Park. Louisville. Ky., December 10. The band of yearlings bred on Dick Williams 1,200 aero farm near Rhickwcll, Oklahoma, are now Quartered at Douglas Park, where they are being given their kindergarten training. The original band embraced sixteen head, but recently this number has been reduced to twelve. Seven of these are by Martinet and the remainder by Hilarious. Owner Williams, in naming them, has adhered to his alphabetical system, which he adopted twelve years ago, when he gave the yearlings names commencing with the initial "A. Through the succeeding years he reached the letter "K" lust year and this years yearlings all are named with the initial "L." In appearance they are fully up to those of former years and several of them are superior in build and conformation to many of the western breds. Laverhe, bay filly, by Martinet Anna L. Daly. Legjicy, chestnut colt, by Hilarious Halesia. Legal, chestnut eolt, by Hilarious Hesponseful. Liberal, chestnut filly, by Hilarious Hostility. Likely, chestnut colt, by Hilarious Rosetinge. Linden, bay colt, by Martinet Lady Esther. Lowell, black colt, by Hilarious Darling. Lucinda, bay filly by Martinet Lady limn. Recently Williams sold to H. Webb two colts by Hilarious and a filly by Martinet. Ho also disposed- of a Martinet filly to Ecu Jone3. Tho- older liorswi how in the Williams barn are Korbly, Kling, Kernan, Faux-Col. Ed Howard, Fern Hnndley and Koran. He has twelve horses how racing at Havana in fjiargij of his brother, Pete Williams.
