NAMES GIVEN TO SANF0RD YEARLINGS Bij Band of Coming Two-Year-Olds Wintering at Charleston, S. C, Well-Bred and Promising-. John Sanford has a splendid band of coming two-year-olds wintering at Charleston, S. C. Xames have been chosen for these youngsters, which include a number of foreign-bred sons and daughters of famous English and French sires. Gath is the name bestowed on a fine-looking colt by Tracery Philistia, of which great things are expected. Sardanapale, one of the greatest racers of recent years on the French turf, is represented by a beautiful filly of excellent conformation, for which the name of Alphee has been claimed. Blind Justice is a big, handsome son of the good mare Trance, the sire being Fair Play. The Uncle Ruby Xeth-ersole colt called Coronado, is the one held in high esteem by the stable connections and is expected to develop into a good-looking two-year-old.
