HEATHER YEARLINGS AT DURLANDS New York, December 22. A number of yearlings, which have been little heard, of, are quartered at Durlands, on West Sixty-Sixth street. They were brought to this country from Rugby. England, several weeks ago by W. S. Heather. The original consignment consisted of ten racy looking youngsters, but a few days ago Wilfrid Viau and Richard Carmen, after looking them over, purchased a colt by Fowlingpiece, a St. Fruscan mare, at a price said to be .500. Mr. Viau has claimed the name "The Tank" for his purchase. Mr. Heather brought over another band of yearlings a year ago, most of them being disposed of- to H. C. Hallenbeck.
