SEEK WAR NAMES FOR BABY RACERS New York, December 23. Sir. and Sirs. Edward Arlington will spend the winter in New Orleans. The Arlington horses, in charge of trainer Frank Herold, which are being campaigned at Jefferson Park, are Sluckross, Scarpia II.. Tumble In, Brother Jonathan, St. Isidore, Kokohi, Kilmer, Kalmla Park, Toor Joe and Slirza. Before leaving for the Crescent City, Sir. His selection are Over the Top, Over There, Questionnaire and Camouflage. The colt for which he is seeking the name Over the Top is by Zeus Frances, and was recently purchased at the dispersal sale of the late Schuyler L. Parsons horses. Koh-i-Noor, also bought at the Parsons sale, will be given a rest until spring. She, with the Zeus Frances colt and Republican, have been turned over to James Fitzshnmoiis at Gravesend for the cold months.
