Hie Two Thousand Cuineas. was run over Hie Rowley mile at Newmarket Wednesday afternoon, with thirteen going to the nost. Astors brown colt Blink, by Sunstar— Winkipop third. The race was a confirmation of last years public form. It was a year of smashing good two-year-olds, and of all the high-class colt* iu action, it was generally held that Cainshoroiigh was the best, with Somme Kiss and Itlink right up iu the first flight. Hninshorough* dam. Rosodrop. won i the F.iisom Oaks of 1910. afterwards winning the ! Atalanta Stakes and Hie iiieil Yorkshire Stakes al llie same year. She was by St. Frusquin -Bosalinc. and her son. Cainsliorough. represents the acme of ; the present day English, breeding.
