JUDGE PRICES HEALTH IS IMPROVED Iuiisville. Ky.. May S.— Judge Charles F. Iriee. who will lie the presiding steward at Churchill Downs. Douglas Iark and Iitouia. has returned to his home in this city, after a long stay at Naplc. Fla. His health is much improved and he is ready to take up his important duties. Harry Breivogel. Col. Winifs assistant at Churchill Downs, has arrived from his home in Detroit and is now busily engaged helping his chief in the work f p.-paring for the meeting.
