The latter ran a good race and came again in the last sixteenth and finished in resolute fashion. LANIUS % was ridden hard from the start, but seemingly never got fully settled in his stride. JOIIREN closed a % big gap and so did ORESTES. MARY MAUD tired. FLA ;s and GEORGE STARR quit. !
