SOME FACTS ABOUT LORD BRIGHTON Lexington. Ky.. June 21. — The statement sent out fro.n New York to the affect tiiat John E. Madden bred Lord Brighton is incorrect. John McClintock bred and sold Lord Brighton to Charles II. Berry-man, who sold him to Madden, who in turn disposed of him to the Brighton Stable. Berryman later bought Miss Crittenden, dam of Lord Brighton, and her yearling by The Manager. from McClintock. and a few days ago sold the mare, her yearling and her suckling by Itallot. this youngster being a brother to Lord Brighton, to Christopher J. Fitz Cera Id for teorge Smith, and they are now at John S. Barlioes farm, tlleu Helen Stud.
