GEORGE STARR PROPERTY OF W. VIAU New York, June 24. — The announcement of an arrangement between Mrs. S. McXaughtoii and Mrs. W. Viaii, involving the ownership of the horse George Starr, was an official error, as it only applied to a contingency in the Preakness Stakes, run at Pimlieo, for which George Starr was an eligible.
