SIGNS OF ACTIVITY AT 0AKLAWN HOT SPRINGS, Ark., January 9. Inquiries about stable room at Oaklawn are beginning to reach manager Joseph K. Martin, Henry McDuniel, F. J. NOlHn and Louis Pattison being among the recent applicants. This .is an excellent point for training and it will not be long until important stables begin to assemble here. No announcement as to Hot Springs racing has been made, nor will there txj any for some time to come. There is time ia plenty for that. The local feeling is that the usual spring meeting will be announced in ample tinie Jo.nieet the convenience of owners and trainers.
