JUSTICE TO TRAINER LOUIS TAUBER In a recent publication in Daily Racing Form giving the punishments of various degrees inflicted in the racing or 1918 for major and minor infractions of the rules and regulations of racing it was incorrectly stated that Louis Tauber, long trainer, for John W. Schorr, had been "ruled off December 24. Jefferson Park, denied privilege to train horses for abusing badge privileges and fined 0." Mr. Tauber was not ruled off, did nothing to be ruled off for and is, and has been, in excellent standing on the turf for many years. The injurious statement was an undetected typjgrapliical reieti-tion of lines correctly applying to the euse of another man.
