NEW OWNERS FOR HAVRE DE GRACE NEW YORK X Y June 23 Bradley Wilson was a visitor today in connection with the proposed ef ¬ fort of Maryland horsemen t6 purchase the Havre d Grace course At a meeting held in the paddock before the racing II U Bedwell R F Carman William Garth and James Arthur of the committee virtually decided to take up the option which ex ¬ pires on July 1 Further developments will be forthcoming in the near future though the success ¬ ful aspect reflected from todays gathering virtu ¬ ally assures the fact the racing at the Uarford course next fall will be under the control of Mary ¬ land horsemen
