BROWN DELAYS DEPARTURE FOR CUBA NEW YORK N Y July 15 At the request of the committee of the Thoroughbred Horse Asso ¬ ciation H D Brown remained over until Wednesday when the option given them on the majority of the stock of the Oriental Park race track expires He will leave for Cuba Wednesday but will return to the States July 23 He contemplates spending a couple of months in California CaliforniaWhile While in Cuba Mr Brown will superintendend the erection of an addition of forty rooms to the clubhouse Each room will be connected with a bath A new paddock will be built below the club ¬ house opposite the eighth post and the present paddock remodelled into quarters for chauffeurs and servants Various other changes are contemplated and the outlay will probably foot up over JlOOlow
