CANADA AND ITS FUTURE RACING One of the best judges in Canada a man of influence and authority writes the editor of Daily Racing Form about Canadian racing as fol ¬ lows lowsAll All early forecasts of the revival of Canadian racing this season were nullified by the long delay in peacemaking and also by the rather tame spirit of the Canadian Racing Associations Under the present conditions of unrest and resentment against the government by all classes of the community it is sure that more would be gained by fighting than by laying down However the Canadian Racing Associations have decided to fight Before next season some modifications will be made in the Miller law so that superfluous institutions will be abolished and the profits of those remaining will be greatly limited
