GOODWOOD CUP TO QUEENS SQUARE The Goodwood Cup featured tiie closing of the famous Goodwood meeting last Saturday and was won by A W Coxs Queens Square ridden by Steve Donoghue by two lengths ahead of W Mon ¬ tagues White Heat with Hiilme in the saddle L de Rothschilds Splutter Flanagan up was third threequarters of a length behind Five horses went to the post The betting was Queens Square 7 to 4 White Heat 100 to 30 and Splutter 20 to 1 The winner which was trained by Taylor was the favorite and led throughout the race Queens Square is a fouryearold bay filly by Chaucer Chere Reine
