CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF Man o War worked three-quarters in 1:14 between races yesterday. The horses racing in the colors, of H. S. Koppin and trained by W. A. Burttschell will shortly be disposed of by auction. Word has been received from jockey Eddie Dugan that he will .return to this country , some time next fall. Dugan is at present in Vladvostok, Russia, where a forty-day race meeting is being held. W. Keating has arranged to take -jockey R. Mc-Crann to Cuba next winter, and if able to secure suitable material he will also take about three platers to race there. Jockey Walter Dodd, who left Havana last spring to ride in England, writes that he will return to Cuba in time for the opening of the meeting there. He will bring back with him two English-bred racers. After the race for the Gold Cup at Ascot jockey S. Donoghue was taken to the royal -box, and in the presence of the King, the Queen and Princess Mary he was presented with a gold-mounted whip iu commemoration of His Avlnning the Stewards Handicap on Viceroy in the royal cblors.
