OLD ROSEBUD TO RACE IN THE FALL SARATOGA SPRINGS, X. Y., August 2C Old Rosebud is rounding into his best form, according to trainer Frank Weir, and he, will be a starter on the New York tracks during the coming fall meetings. "The., old horse earned a well .deserved rest," said Mr. Weir, "and his absence from racing at this meeting was due to it and not because of any ailment that the horse might have contracted. Ho raced steadily during the spring over all sorts of tracks and was in need of the let up." Old Rosebud and the others in the Weir establishment will be shipped to Belmont Park after the close here,
