BLUE GRASS FAIR OPENS LABOR DAY Excellent Program of Five Well Filled Races for Inaugural Days Sport. LEXINGTON, Ky., August 30. The Blue Grass Fair will open Monday for one week with an excellent racing program. The five races for opening day attracted so many entries that it was necessary to throw out five from the closing race. There are approximately 000 horses here. The racing officials for the meeting are Messrs. R. L. Baker and William H. Shelley, stewards; Harry Morrissey, starter; W. H. Shelley, racing secretary; S. K. nughes, timer; S. S. Combs, C. S.
