LEXINGTONS FALL MEETING PROGRAM Forty-Nine Races and a Total Distribution of Over 4,000 Provided For. The program book of the Kentucky Jockey Clubs fall meeting at Lexington, which opens September 13, calls for forty-nine races, two of which are stake events. The Lexington Cup Handicap, which, with eight starters, will be worth 1919.sh,240, at one mile and a half, for three-year-olds and oyer, will be run Wednesday, September 17. The Breeders Futurity, "which, with ten starters, will be worth 0,170, for two-year-olds, over the Futurity course, will be run Saturday, September 20. The added money to the other forty-seven Taeos aggregates 37,000, these being thirteen races for 00 purses, twenty-six for , three for 00 and five for ,000 purses. The total distribution will lc over 4,000, which represents a daily average to the horsemen of over ,700. Of the forty-nine races fhirteen are for two-year- olds, four for three-year-olds, thirty for three-year-olds and over and two for four-year-olds and over. The apportionment of distances is five-eighths, five; five . and one-half furlongs, four; three-quarters of a mile, fifteen; Futurity course about three-quarters, four; one mile, three; mile and a sixteenth, eleven; mile and an eighth, four; mile and a quarter, two, and mile and a half, 1. Three trophies are to be added to races during the meeting. The Phoenix Hotel Company will give a cup to the Phoenix Hotel Handicap, which is to feature the opening day, and the Kentucky Jockey Club will give cups to the winners of the Lexington Cup Handicap and the Breeders Futurity. President J. N. Camden of the Kentucky Jockey Club and manager R. L. Baker will make selection of the cups.
