FIVE RACES DAILY AT RICHMOND FAIR HAVBE DE GBACfi. Md. September IS. The management of the Bichmond Fair lias appointed James Boss to take charge of the thoroughbred racing in connection with the fair, which will be given October 7, S. 9 and 10. Mr. Bess has arranged an attractive program of five races on the flat and one steeplechase daily, to which will be added ,S00 in purses. Frank McGinty lias been appointed to act as starter. Among the horsemen who will ship from here to Richmond are Peter SI ire, J. I. Strite. M. Seifert and George Foley. Seifert purchased the ware llantarede of McGiuty this inoruiujr. - .
