DARK LEGENDS AMAZING SPEED The Indian racing man, J. C. Galstaun, who recently bought Dansellon in England for 2,500, only to lose him during the voyage to India, gave 4. BOO for Pretty Girl, 3, by Kings Proctor Valkyrie, and 5,000 for Stage Whisper, 3, by Doranda Confidential, recently and sent them to luilia. Galstaun owns Dark Legend, declared to be the best horse ever in India, and last seasons winner of the Viceroys and Emperors Cups. He paid 5,000 for Dark Legend, which broke down last season, but is going soundly again. Galstaun declares that the horse ran the last half of a mile and a half race in forty-seven seconds a great piece of speedy staying. When Dark Legend has done with Indian racing he is to go to France to be used as a sire. ,
