Won driving; second and third the name. GREEN GOLD, away prominently and kept well up in the early running, raced into the lend on the stretch turn, but had to be ridden hard in the last sixteenth to outstay SUBAHDAR. The latter raced forwardly from the start and finished fast. REDLAND was away slowly and, after racing wide on the turns, was going fastest at the end. ETTAHE finished fast. JACK HARE Jit. was given ii bad ride and was repeatedly taken off his stride in the first three-eighths, but finished fast and gamely, when- allowed to run freely. AMERICAN ACE stood a hard drive resolutely in the stretch and got up in the last seveuty yards for third place. GEORGE STARR ran well. COLONEL LIVINGSTON set a fast early pace and tired as if short.
