FAST MULE RACERS IN KENTUCKY; PRODUCE OF THOROUGHBRED MARES LEXINGTON. Ky.. August 10. Among the features of the Kentucky Fair racing programs are what is known, as novelty races for mules from thoroughbred dams. There are several extremely fast mules of this character in the Lexington country. Cliaries Thompson owns one from the dam Of Hank oDay that has been "cleaning up" at fairs the past two years. William Whaley. of Paris, has a mare mule, dam Blazing Star, the dam of Blazes, that is said to be very fast.
