KENTUCKY STAKES ENTRIES Nominations to Big Fall Fixtures Number Five Hundred and Thirty-one, Including Many Star Racers. Five hundred and thirty-one nominations were received by the Kentucky Jockey Club for the ten stakes to be inn during tho fall meetings in Kentucky, which closed for entries on Tuesday, Angnst 17. While the stakes at so-called sprinting distances received the largest number of entries, there was also an encouraging response to the long-distance features, forty-three being named for the Louisville Cup at two miles, and forty-oue for the Latonia Cup at two and a quarter miles. II. P. Whitney, J. K. L. Ross and AV. S. Kilmer are the most prominent of the eastern turfmen represented iu the entries and their nominations include such stars as Sir Barton, Exterminator, Boniface, Billy Kelly, Milkmaid, Wildair, Upset, John P.
