Mose Lowen-stein is expected here next week with Paul Weidel, Ablaze, Runmic and Royal Duck, which latter he purchased this week at Belmont Park from George D. Widener. His brother, Jake Lowonstein, is here with Normandy, Our Jack, The Moore, Fluzey and five yearlings. The yearlings are colts by King James, Superman and Assagai and fillies by Zeus and Olambala. T. L. Pierce has taken a three-year contract on Bobby Shanks, whose father, James Shanks, resides at Latonia. He is a bright lad. E. F. Sinnns has just issued a complete and attractive catalog of the stallions and mares at his Xalapa Stock Farm in Bourbon Countv. Riders for the horses in the thoroughbred endurance test are announced as follows: Helmet loaned by E. R. Bradley, Dr. George Johnson.
