CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF It is reported that Mr. Aumont, whose colors wore formerly well known in both France and England, intends to resume racing. Starter Ed Tribe has arrived at Toronto and will await there the opening of Thorncliffe Park, where he will officiate at the barrier. Friday, at Belmont Park, Captain Alcock ran like the horse his breeder, John E. Madden, believed him to be when he took him east last year.
