JOCKEY JOE NOTTER NOW A TRAINER - . j J, W. "Bub" May, who has been temporarily I looking after the horses of Frederick Johnson, lias ndvised Mr. Johnson to turn the horses over to Joe Notter. Notter was one of the foremost riders of tills country abont ten years ago. He rode for the late James R. Keene and in more recent years for H. 1. Whitney. Notter also rode in Europe for several years. Mr. May will assist Notter in training the horses for a few days until he becomes better acquainted with his duties. , I
