Ross reliable and consistent winner Boniface ran a smashing race to account for the Sugarloaf Handicap that featured todays program at the Harford Comity truck. Leochares and Irish Kiss were the only opponents of the Ross nicer and, while the latter set the early pace, he was never dangerous. Sande kept a tight hold on Boniface for the first half mile, then sent him into the lead, which he maintained to the end. Leochares made a game effort entering the stretch, but could not quite reacli the leader. Fine autumnal weather prevailed and for a Monday the attendance was, of goodly proportions. The racing was. exciting and the public got an even I break in its attack on the "iron men." Miss Rankin, one -of the field horses, surprised the talent by scoring in the opening, leading P. T. Itanium home by the smallest of margins. An outsider in Stir Up, paying 0.90 for , was returned winner of the sixth race, while the final dash fell to Nelle Yorke.
