LATONIA OPENS NEXT WEDNESDAY CINCINNATI, Ohio, September 22. Fair Latonia will throw- opens its gates Wednesday, September 29, for its fall meeting of twenty-eight days. Eight richly endowed stake features and a valuable array of overnight handicaps and purse races make up nn attractive program and promise racegoers in thin vicinity sport of the highest quality. The Hccond running of the Latonia Championship Stakes Is the outstanding attraction of the meeting, with the Queen City Handicap and Latonia Cup also commanding a prominent place on the program. The Latonia Handicap of ,000 added, forthree-year-olrts and over, at one mile and a sixteenth, is the opening day special, and a good field of horses of merit is assured from its list of sixty-height nominations. Altogether, 4,200 will be distributed ou opening day.
