Won handily; second and third driving. ALLAH, close up from the start, took the lead when PAWNEE II. tired and held on gamely in the final drive. KIRAH closed an immense gap in the first half and finished fast. HAPPY GO LUCKY also made a fast finish. PAWNEE II. set the early pace and tired in the last quarter. HE WILL broke a leg while racing in a contending position. KALLIPOLIS set a good early pace, but tired in the last quarter and barely managed, to -outstay LITTLE COTTAGE., The latter was sharply cut off when going to the first turn and ran a good race. HANDFULL closed a gap and finished gamely.
