CHAMPIONS TO HAVE SPECIAL GUARDS WINDSOR, Out., September 28. The management of the Kenilworth Jockey Club announced this afternoon that two new stables will be built for. I Man o War and Sir Barton. The stables will be surrounded by an eight-foot wire fence and will be guarded by Pinkertoiis day and night. Mr. j Allan Pinkerton will leave New York and assume complete charge on the day of the race. Mr. Ross has ordered reserved for his party six boxes. Mr. Algernon Dalngerfield of The Jockey Club will also be present to witness the race.
