THINK WESTY H0GAN WAS LITTLE BOY TORONTO, Ontario, September 30. At todays meeting of the Canadian Racing Associations routine business was transacted. Hospital bills to the amount of ,200 were paid for injuries sustained to jockeys during the summer. The ruling passed against G. L. Strang some years ago was ordered terminated. Jockey A. Claver was granted a full license. Claver is under contract to the Ross stable. Another meeting of the Canadian Racing Assoeia? tions will be held in Toronto next month. The "Little Boy" ringing case was put over till the next meeting. The officials are pretty well satisfied that the horse which ran at tlie Ottawas meeting was Westy Hogan. The people who manipulated tlie ringing had five horses stabled at the Fair Grounds iu Detroit and it is presumed that some of these horses have been running on other tracks. The race in which the filly Handy Rose beat Plan-toon at Ottawa is also under suspicion.
