J. DUMAS RULED OFF IN MARYLAND The Maryland State Racing Commission has notified J. Dumas that lie and his horses have been ruled off the tracks of Maryland. The Commission uIko warned W. A. Buck that unless he severed his connection witli Dumas a similar fate awaited him. Pending the decision of Buck, the entries of Ills horses will not 1k accepted at any of the Maryland tracks. The Dumas horses barred are Sid C. Keener and Christie Holters. Dumas alleged connection with occurrences at the recent Marlboro 4iul Itockboro Fair meetings, when two jockeys were suspended, is said to be the cause of his undoing.
