MASTER JACK began slowly, but closed an immense gap and, finishing with a rush on the outside, was going away at the end. HUONEC saved ground on the stretch turn and finished with great speed. TRANTULA had no mishaps and tired after racing BENGALESE into defeat and taking the lead. BENGALESE showed speed and led briefly, but failed to stay. NEBULOUS set the early pace, but quit badly. SUNROSE ran a good race, but tired right at the end. THE BELGIAN II. begun slowly and was forced to race wide, but closed a big gap and was tiring at the end. PLAN-TAGNET finished fast.
