STARTER FRANK McGINTY IS DEAD LEXINGTON, Ky., November 22. Starter James F. Milton today wired from Key West, Fla., to the effect that Frank Morrow, better known as Frank McGinty, had died suddenly there this morning, and requested that his relatives here be notified. Morrow was a native of Lexington, but it does not appear that he had any relatives here, his mother and sister both having died. Morrow, or McGinty, as he was known in ttnf circles, was a starter, presiding at the barrier at a number of the miuor tracks lu this country and Canada.
