BE FRANK ON WAY TO TIJUANA NEW YORK, X. Y., Xovember 2S. Be Frank is on his way to Tijuana. He will be tlie best handicap horse at that course when he gets to bis best form. He is said to have cost George Fuller, -the paint man of San Francisco, some 0,000. His purchase was suggested by Henry Forsland, once the well-known correspondent of Daily Racing Form, but now a prosperous paint purveyor in California. Be Frank cost ,500 as a yearling and in 1919 C. M. Garrison of New York refused 5,000 and asked 0,000 for the homely gelding. Be Frank was not sold and won 7,315 in three races that year for Mr. Garrison. Among Be Franks 1919 winnings were the Latonia Derby and Latonia Cup.
