THIRTY LEADING AMERICAN JOCKEYS Jockey J. Mooney was the riding star in last weeks racing, his creditable achievement in guiding eleven winners past the judges earning him that measure of distinction. Next to him L. Morris scored six wins and James, Butwell followed with five. It now seems practically an impossibility for any of his competitors to dislodge Butwell from his wrell-earned position as the leading jockey of 1920. He has been a long time in achieving the honor dear to any rider. An incident of the week was tlie return of J. Carmody to riding in Cuba. What remains of the campaign of the year should suffice to put him, Lyke, Kennedy, Duggan and possibly several others in the list of riders of over 100 winners.
