STILL MORE BEAUTIFUL SARATOGA Saratoga improvements are to be in the line of beautifying the infield and entrances before August, 1921. A lake with four fountains is to be established in the infield, the heldges and trees of the entire plant are to be increased and cared for and improved, and expertly planned flower beds of size and beauty are -to go into the infield and on the sides of the stretches. The old hud ugly buildings of the entrance triangle piece of land, acquired recently by the Saratoga Assocation, are down. In the place of these eyesores of the past shrubbery of beauty, flowers and landscaped spaces will be seen next season.
