j j , DOUBLE VICTORY AT HAVANA Cebrian-Bred Horses Win Two Races at Oriental Park Cuban Owners Do Well. j HAVARNA, Cuba, December 17. Cebrlan-bred horses scored a double victory at Oriental Park this afternoon when The Pirate won the second and Queen of Trumps the fifth rape. The former, ridden by F. Wilson, came from behind in the stretch to win easily from Miss Wright. Queen of Trumps made all the pace, but tired badly in the last six- . r teenth and, in a furious finish - just lasted long enough t beat the odds-on favorite Rama by a head. Kelsay had the mount on Queen of Trumps and she was the first; winner he has ridden here at this meeting. Cuban-owned horses scored In the first and third races when Riverside, which was the champion in the selling plater division here last winter, won with ease, while Just Fancy was ridden out to qut-Iast the favorite. Laughing Eyes II. Just Fancy was claimed by W. Dugan, who was represented In the race by Superior. W. G. Campbells Langliorne came back today 1 with another good performance and accounted for the fourth race.
