MAY REVIVE RACING IN MICHIGAN DETROIT, Mich., December 17. The next legislature will be .asked by the Michigan Association of Fairs to legalize horse racing in the state. At u meeting of the association here It was voted to 6eek. a restoration of the sport under a comniissidn similar to the boxing commission. Supervision of pools at fairs and race meetings, officers of the association declare, would eliminate the objectionable feature.
