TAN SON, away prominently and suddenly improved, raced close up in the early running and came with a great rush in the last sixteenth and overhauled ItOLO in the last few strides. ROLO showed the most early speed and held on gamely in the final drive. WINCHESTER ran a good race. LOUISE WYNNE was going well at the end. DORIG had a rough race and was iforced back repeatedly. JOCK SCOT showed suddenly improved form and was in closest , pursuit all the way. MADRONO came with a rush through the stretch and was going fastest at the end. i j 1 HACK BAY ran well, but tired in the last eighth. BRISK closed a gap from a slow beginning.
