FAVOR HIGHER PRICED SELLING RACES With the increase in value of the thoroi ghbred horse the conditions of races that are iss led by the secretaries of the racing associations lo not seem to catch the fancy of the trainers wl o have in their charge horses unable to win handle ps and too valuable to run in the ordinary selling and claiming races that are daily offered Therefore it has been suggested by several trainers that selling handicaps of the 5000 up to 8000 prices and other highpriced claiming races would be popular and Insure large fields and good contests
